PN Capitals secured Development Approval for a 48-townhouse development at 378–380 Redbank Plains Road, Redbank Plains.

The project comprised a mixed two- and three-storey townhouse design. Following approval, the site was strategically sold to a larger aged-care operator planning specialist housing for elderly Australians.

This project demonstrates PN Capitals’ ability to identify development potential, navigate the approval process and make strategic decisions about when to develop and when to exit.
