MEET OUR FOUNDER

Dr. Pradeep Neupane is the Founder and Director of PN Capitals, bringing more than a decade of hands-on experience in Queensland property development. His background spans residential construction, land subdivision, townhouse developments, commercial property and strategic site acquisitions.

Under his leadership, PN Capitals has successfully completed multiple development projects while managing an active pipeline exceeding $100 million in Gross Realisation Value. His approach combines disciplined planning, practical decision-making and long-term relationship building to deliver developments that stand the test of time.
