Where It All Began

Sydney Street, Kedron is where the PN Capitals story began. PN Capitals acquired a vacant 403 m² block in Kedron, one of Brisbane’s most sought-after inner-northern suburbs, and saw the opportunity to create something exceptional. This was our first development in Australia, and it set the standard for everything that followed.

Built to a High Standard

On the site, we designed and built a high-end luxury two-storey family home. It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a double garage. The open-plan layout is filled with natural light and flows easily between living, dining and outdoor spaces. Solar power and smart design gave the home an excellent energy-efficiency rating, well above the suburb benchmark.
Quality materials, contemporary design and close attention to detail run throughout. Construction was completed in just six months, in 2013.

The home sold at auction for a suburb-record price, making it one of the most valuable homes sold in Kedron at the time. It delivered an outstanding return and was an early sign of the vision, quality and market understanding that define PN Capitals today.
